When employing a Tree surgeon, the answer to this question should always be YES. When employing a Tree surgeon for aerial works don't just stop there. On any job we can quote for waste removal no matter how much is involved. We have facilities for any quantity. We recycle & repurpose our waste wherever possible. 

A TPO is a protection order to protect a tree seen to be of high prominence or value from having unnecessary works carried out which may harm the tree or prevent the tree being felled without arboricultural justification. 

A conservation area is similar but less strict. An application is still required. 

Yes, we usually make applications on customers behalves as we are experienced with submitting these and the documents required. It usually takes about 45 minutes to do. However, a properly filled out application avoids delays in the process or even applications being declined. A decision from your local authority can take up to 6 weeks in a conservation area and 8 weeks for a TPO. 

The simple answer to this is NO. We pride ourselves on being incredibly tidy, leaving your garden as if we'd never been there. We go the extra mile to ensure flowers are not trampled, borders are not trodden through, grass is left divot free, fences not broken, paths and driveways tidy and debris free. We will always ensure you are happy with the condition of your property before leaving and will often have a walk round with you.  

  Depending on the situation it can vary. In the event it is an emergency, we will come to you as soon as possible, often we will come the next day or same day in some cases. This is in events where there is a risk of further damage to property, or to public safety. 

In any normal case, we will do our best to complete the works as quickly as possible. 

A Typical time line is 10 days from enquiry to have the job viewed in person and a quotation sent to you via email or post. From your acceptance of the quotation, waiting times can vary from 4 weeks up to 12 depending on the time of year, we always try to accommodate where possible projects or personal time lines, however we recommend planning ahead to ensure you get the works done in your timeline. 

We believe having to wait is a good thing, our customers are usually happy to wait because they know the service they are receiving. If a company can do it the next day or week, this could indicate they are not busy, which you have to wonder why? Now we are not saying gaps, cancellations or slots becoming free don’t happen, this is natural in any business, but it’s a thought for consideration.

Try searching for accredited arborist, local arborist, tree specialist. Then check for qualifications or accreditations. This ensures you get someone who knows not only how to do the work but, as importantly, WHY the work should be done and how it will benefit the tree. Bad advice can ruin a tree.
